The real estate industry has gone through drastic changes over the past few years, it is now easier than ever for Buyers to view listings online.  In one click, consumers can view hundreds of listings that all tend to look the same, making it harder for Buyers to distinguish one listing from another.

I wanted to be sure that my client’s listings stood out from the rest, so I developed a system that will Elevate Your Listing!

Internet Presence

It is estimated that about 80% of buyers are searching for homes on the internet.  I believe this may be even higher.  

Not only are all of my listings published on the MLS and the typical real estate sites such as Realtor.com, Zillow, and Trulia, but they are also published on more than 80 additional real estate websites.

To take it a step further, every one of my listings will be featured on its own page on my website.

Plus, all my listings are published and advertised on social media platforms.

Photography

Without a doubt, beautiful pictures drive traffic to a listing.  We live in a visual world.  Too often I see listings with poor pictures, often taken with a cell phone.  

While some feel professional pictures are only warranted with higher list prices, I do not subscribe to that belief.  EVERY one of my listings will have a professional photo shoot with a professional real estate photographer.

Over 100 pictures are taken and up to 25 of the best pictures will be selected to showcase your home on digital and print marketing.

Home Narrative

Your home is not just a “3 Bed 2.5 Bath with a garage”.

Your home is special and it is worthy of a thoughtful and descriptive narrative.

Every significant feature deserves to be highlighted with a “short story” about your home.

Let’s talk about how the sun bathes the home in light all day long.  Tell the buyers that your kitchen has gorgeous maple cabinets.  Rave about the gleaming hardwood floors.

We want buyers to fall in love with your home’s story and I am here to write that story.

Home Staging

Home staging is often the difference between a home selling in a few days or a few weeks.  A few minor changes around the home can completely transform how well a home shows to Buyers.

The goal is to have the Buyers realize the full potential of the home so they can see themselves making it their home.

Another aspect of home staging I take very seriously is the marketing material left in the home for the prospective Buyers when they visit.  Brochures, Home Books, and area statistics are just a few of the methods I utilize to make your home memorable.  Buyers are seeing several homes in a day, so it is so important to make your home memorable.
